Competitive Climbing Season
- -Top at least one Finals route
- -Improve power endurance
- -Gain more lower-body control
- -Keeping hips straighter for better overhang climbing
- -Improving both aerobic and anaerobic endurance
Outdoor Climbing
- -Dangler (Gunks 5.10; lead/aid)
- -Hippos on Parade (Rumney 5.9; lead)
- -Adirondack climbs
- -Work on endurance so I don’t get overly exhausted by the first or second climb.
Big Wall Training
- -Getting feet into ladders quicly
- -Keeping hips straighter for higher placing
opportunitues - -Hiking with weighted backpack
- -Improving aerobic endurace
- -Learn to be ok with wag bag use
- -Come up with personal care plans for long-term portaledge-camping
